The District encourages qualified persons interested in running for a position on the  School Board to file to be a candidate in the April 5, 2022, election.  Interested persons may file at the Central Office located at 201 S Madison, Aurora, MO. There are two positions available with three-year terms. Filing will begin on December 7, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. and will continue during the District's regular business hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Filing will end on December 28, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Except for the first and last day of filing, filing will not occur on days that the Central Office is closed due to inclement weather, school breaks or in the event of closure due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.


The Central Office will be open the following dates and times:

December 7-9 and December 13-16 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,

December 20-22 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.,

December 27 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and

December 28 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Candidates will be listed on the ballot in the order in which they file.
